Yes. Tech Board includes an online booking form that you can embed on your website or share directly with customers. Customers fill out their details and job type, and the request lands in your dashboard for you to schedule.
Does Tech Board have a time clock for technicians?+
Yes. Technicians can clock in and out directly from their phone. Managers can view clock entries, total hours, and export time reports for payroll.
Can I send invoices through Tech Board?+
Yes. You can create and send invoices directly from any completed job. Tech Board uses Stripe to process payments, so customers can pay online by card. Funds are deposited directly to your bank account.
Does Tech Board track job status in real time?+
Yes. Every job goes through statuses — Scheduled, En Route, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled. When a technician updates their status, the customer automatically receives an email notification.
Can I manage subcontractors?+
Yes. Tech Board has a dedicated Subcontractors section where you can track subs, assign them to jobs, manage agreements, and monitor their work alongside your full-time team.
Is there a schedule / calendar view?+
Yes. The Schedule page shows a full monthly calendar view of all jobs. You can click any day to see jobs scheduled and quickly navigate between months.
Can managers see reports and analytics?+
Yes. Admin, Owner, and Manager roles have access to a full Reports & Analytics page showing revenue by month, jobs completed per technician, average job value, and this-month vs. last-month comparisons.
