1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tech Board ("the Service"), a product of BeGreat Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tech Board is a field service management platform for home service businesses. It provides tools for job scheduling, team management, customer records, invoicing, time tracking, and business communications including email and SMS notifications.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment or violations of these terms

4. SMS Communications & TCPA Compliance

By using Tech Board and providing phone numbers, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have obtained proper consent from your customers before entering their phone numbers into the platform
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of SMS features complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• You will not use SMS features to send spam, unsolicited marketing messages, or any content that violates applicable law
• Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
• Message and data rates may apply to recipients based on their mobile carrier plan

BeGreat Services is not liable for any TCPA violations arising from your use of the SMS features. You indemnify us against any claims resulting from your SMS communications.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for the accuracy of customer data you enter into the platform.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

Tech Board and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by BeGreat Services and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeGreat Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
