1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tech Board ("the Service"), a product of BeGreat Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tech Board is a field service management platform for home service businesses. It provides tools for job scheduling, team management, customer records, invoicing, time tracking, and business communications including email and SMS notifications.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment or violations of these terms

4. SMS Consent & TCPA Compliance

By providing a phone number and using Tech Board, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You consent to receive SMS text messages related to your service appointments, job updates, and account security
• You have obtained proper written consent from your customers before entering their phone numbers into the platform
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of SMS features complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws
• You will not use SMS features to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or any unlawful content
• Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP
• Message and data rates may apply

BeGreat Services is not liable for TCPA violations arising from your use of SMS features. You agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from your SMS communications to your customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal or harmful content

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

Tech Board and all associated content are owned by BeGreat Services. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeGreat Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by United States law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules.
